2. **Potatoes:** 2 medium-sized, boiled, peeled, and mashed

4. **Ginger:** 1-inch piece, finely grated
5. **Cumin Seeds (Jeera):** 1/2 teaspoon
6. **Coriander Powder:** 1 teaspoon
7. **Garam Masala:** 1/2 teaspoon
