- 2 pinches red chili powder

- 1 teaspoon ginger paste

- 1 teaspoon chopped green chili

- Chaat masala powder as required

- 1/2 cup boiled kala chana (black chickpeas)

- 1/2 cup boiled potato, diced

- 1/2 cup soaked moong dal (green gram)

 

**For Garnishing:**

- 50 grams boiled sprouted moong (sprouted green gram)

- 1/2 tablespoon cumin powder

- 1/2 cup hung curd (yogurt)

- 1/4 cup sweet tamarind sauce

- 4 tablespoons green chutney

- Salt as required

- 1 teaspoon chaat masala powder

- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves

- 1 cup sev (fried gram flour vermicelli)

- 6 papdi (fried dough crisps)

1.
